The number of Jewish foreign residents who are buying a “bolt hole” in Israel is increasing at a spectacular rate.

According to real estate sources, high-end and luxury apartments, particularly in Jerusalem, are reaching record sales levels.

Jews living in countries where hate against Israel and Zionists is now an almost daily phenomenon are purchasing properties in Israel as an insurance policy against the day they might be forced to permanently move.

This is creating an ironic situation whereby Israelis relocating to foreign shores because of the “situation” find themselves ensconced in countries where the level of hate against Jews is registering all-time highs.

At the same time, increased numbers of Diaspora Jews are making aliyah.
