Legal demand on Passion8

The former directors of failed catering company Passion8 have received letters of demand from lawyers representing the NSW Kashruth Authority.Passion8The KA is seeking $73,981.34 for monies owed by the caterers which J-Wire understands date back to April this year,

The three directors, Stanley Kahn, Steve Edelmuth and Graham Flax have got until November 5th to settle the outstanding debt which is covered by personal guarantees to avoid the KA’s lawyers starting legal proceedings against the directors.

    As much as I have little time for the KA, that these people carried on trading and adding to their debt all the time knowing they were unable to pay, is a disgrace.
