Israel remains on high alert on Friday as it anticipates receiving the names of four female hostages expected to be released on Saturday as part of the second phase of the hostage release agreement with Hamas.
It is believed that Qatar’s Prime Minister will transfer the names to the head of Mossad after receiving them from Hamas.
Simultaneously, Israeli officials are awaiting a list of all surviving hostages set to be freed in the first stage of the deal. However, preparations are underway for the possibility that Hamas may withhold the names and only provide the number of surviving hostages instead.
