Israel’s President Reuven Rivlin has taken time out from his presidential duties to enjoy the winter wonderland of Jerusalem…

 

President Rivlin told media: ““As a child, each winter I hoped and looked forward to the ‘snow festival’. Today I see that anticipation in my grandchildren. The ‘snow festival’ doesn’t appear in the Hebrew calendar, nor in the secular one, sometimes it skips a year or two, but each time it comes, it excites and surprises. It is a festival for all of us.”
