The Embassy of Israel in Australia has held an event at the ACT Jewish Community Centre to commemorate the heritage of Jews from Arab lands.
Lighting the Chanukah candle at the event:

On November 30 Israel commemorates the expulsion of the Jews from Arab lands.
The event was attended by ambassadors, diplomats and members of the Jewish community.
