L’Chaim to Life: Ronit Fraid – JNF celebrating Israel, and securing our future

JNF Australia raises funds for life-changing, environmental and social welfare projects, maintaining a tangible link between the Jewish people and Israel.

Ronit tells us how JNF Australia’s annual projects in recent years are supporting the modern-day chalutzim communities in Israel’s south and continues working to ensure the ongoing sustainability and security of Israel’s south, vital to Israel’s future.

This year on Israel’s 75th anniversary, JNF Australia is partnering with Soroka Medical Centre, to revitalise the grounds of the Medical Centre and transform the Landscapes and outdoor spaces into the beautiful healing oasis that Ben Gurion envisioned.

Describing them as Warriors for Israel, Ronit was thrilled to announce that Noah Tishby (actor, author, proud activist), along with Lt General (Rav-Aluf) Aviv Kochavi (22^nd Chief of General Staff, IDF from January 2019 to January 2023) will be the guest speakers at this year’s JNF Annual Event in Sydney on Tuesday 5th September, in Melbourne on Thursday 7th September and in Perth on Sunday 10th September.
