Maurice Klein speaks with JIFF Artistic Director Eddie Tamir, about JIFF 2023, which opens on October 23 and will be screening 55 Australian premieres of films and TV series from around the world.

The 2023 Festival presents JIFF’s biggest-ever selection of new Australian films, 3 world premiere documentaries and five shorts. Eddie, tell us how great it is to have film-makers choosing JIFF as a trusted place to have an appreciative audience and build word-of-mouth, then hopefully be seen in the rest of the world.
