ECAJ calls for Jewish Emergency Management Plan vaccination message to be shared

The Executive Council of Australian Jewry has asked all of its affiliate and constituent bodies to share a video urging members of our community to get vaccinated.

The video, produced as part of the NSW Jewish Emergency Management Plan (JEMP), which is coordinating the community’s COVID response, calls for community members to get vaccinated as soon as possible to protect themselves, their families and their communities.

 

SHARE THISThe video was directed by the ECAJ’s Alex Ryvchin, Wolper Hospital President Richard Glass and the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies’ Darren Bark and was produced in-house by the ECAJ. It features prominent community figures including Nick Molnar, Jillian Segal, Steven Lowy, Gavin Rubinstein, Eddie Jaku, Lesli Berger and Dr Jinni Mansberg.

ECAJ President Jillian Segal told J-Wire: “We consider this campaign to be vital not only to the health and well-being of members of our community and society but to ensuring that our communal institutions can return to providing the full range of services and social interaction that is an essential part of Jewish life.”
