Melbourne’s ARK Centre developed a Pay it Forward initiative as the COVID-19 crisis hit to help individuals and families struggling as a result of isolation and the numerous impacts of Coronavirus.
The initiative sees those who can, donating funds toward the preparation and delivery of meals for those families through our catering arm, ARK Catering.
Woolworths East Hawthorn has supported the initiative with a $2500 donation of gift cards.
The attached photo is an image of Rabbi Gabi Kaltmann, myself and Rob Wilson (Store Marketing Manager Vic/Tas) at the East Hawthorn Store where Rob handed the gift cards to us.
Rabbi Kaltmann told J-Wire: “The incredible work of ARK Catering making gourmet delicious meals with the support from the community for the Pay It Forward Program has been uplifting. This generous donation from Woolworths will enable us to expand our reach to even more families that are going through a tough time.”
