Some semblance of normality has returned to daily life after two weeks of interrupted sleep involving running to and from the bomb shelter.

Elementary schools have resumed for a short period until the summer vacation begins on June 30. Middle and High schools have already finished. Shops and businesses are reopening, and the airport is busy coping with both incoming and outgoing travellers.

It’s doubtful that there will be a major influx of tourists this summer.

The major tasks ahead are rebuilding and rehabilitating damaged and destroyed buildings, as well as housing displaced families and providing medical care for the injured.

Hamas needs to be finally eliminated, and our hostages released and returned.

 

A HOPEFUL VISION

What once existed between Israel and Iran could be achieved again.

However ,this can only be reached if there is a regime change.

    Not a mention about the suffering of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank, it seems that some Israelis are living in a self-centred bubble!
