Israel has just passed a momentous milestone.

It is exactly one year since the last general legislative elections were held and despite prophets of doom, the Government coalition has managed to survive.

The question is whether we can survive another year without going to the polls again.

Regardless of political shenanigans, Israel forges ahead with confronting and overcoming challenges that would defeat most normal countries.



The unrelenting battle against one of humanity’s deadliest diseases continues and unsurprisingly Israel is on the front lines of this war.

The latest good news on this front has just been announced.

A study conducted at Israel’s Weizmann Institute of Science lays the foundation toward a possible cancer breakthrough in the form of immunotherapy that will exploit a unique immune system weapon in the battle against cancer: naturally produced antibodies.

 The research paves the way for a novel approach to developing cancer immunotherapies – one that will make use of natural anti-tumour antibodies.


Israel’s field hospital is already making a difference. Now an Israeli mother known as the “ninja mom” has sprung into action.
