In at least one crisis, Israel is not alone.
The Covid Omicron pandemic battle is being fought on all fronts and in all countries and in this respect, we can say we have allies.
While some nations have major logistical problems and supermarket shelves are empty and depleted, no such crisis exists here in Israel. There is no shortage of toilet paper or kosher chickens.
Truly, a Land of miracles.
A LANDMARK ANNIVERSARY
January 1985 saw the conclusion of a massive airlift of Ethiopian Jews dubbed Operation Moses.
At a time when Israel is accused of being an apartheid state, and international organisations in cahoots with various so-called progressive groups prepare the ground to stigmatise us permanently, it is appropriate that we recall this first rescue of our brethren from Africa.

Since the rebirth of Jewish sovereignty, this once-obscure Festival has blossomed forth.
