Maurice Klein speaks with John Anderson, a commentator who served as the leader of the National Party and the 11th deputy Prime Minister of Australia from 1999 to 2005 under John Howard.
John is a staunch friend of the Jewish community and Israel. With the massive wave of anti-Israel antisemitism storming Australia and the West, John believes that “we are at a civilizational moment, the longer we ignore it, the longer we refuse to stand against it, the more likely it will be that it ends badly “.
John feels strongly about antisemitism, deploring racism and hatred, and with everything happening in Australia he tells us that the Jewish community does have friends who are coming out in support. John states that he “looks forward to effective, moral leadership in this country” and tells us that PM Albanese and Foreign Minister Wong are deserting Israel big time at the UN, has only given succour to Hamas and the Israel haters.
He believes that the antisemitism in Australia along with the feckless leadership from our Labor government is now an issue at the upcoming Federal election, and tells us that Peter Dutton has not abandoned and will not abandon the Jewish community and Israel.
