Ingredients for cook books

Gaye Weeden and Hayley Smorgon have worked as a team to produce four cookbooks which evoke memories, emotions, stories, experiences and unique recipes.   

 

Their books are “Cooking from Memory – A Journey through Jewish Food” (2006), “Butcher, Baker and Coffee Maker” (2011), “Cooking from the Heart” (2012) and “every bite takes you home” (2015) which is about refugees and asylum seekers and is in the process of being adapted as a TV series, coming soon to Channel 7TWO.
