A message to those sending comments…

Comments are controlled by software outside our system and we are supposed to be alerted by email as they are posted.

For reasons outside our administration, a few emails are not received. This follows a very through check of our Spam and junk directories so we have found many comments not acknowledged.

Finding them is also our workaround. We maintain a directory of all comments received and they are flagged when either posted, spammed or trashed and highlighted when not dealt with.

Until our providers can sort this out, we will check the appropriate directory daily….
