Advocate for victims of child sexual abuse Manny Waks has called for the elimination of the statute of limitations in the U.S.
Speaking at a media conference in the New York State Legislature Waks, himself a victim in Melbourne, said that 20% of children were abused.
Waks currently lives in Israel.
