Yemen: Israel fights back
Dozens of targets were attacked by around 20 fighter jets, and 50 munitions were dropped during the Israeli airstrike of Yemen’s port city of Hodeidah, the Israeli military has reported.

The strikes came as a response to a Houthi ballistic missile attack. On Sunday, it hit the area close to Ben Gurion Airport, wounding several people.
Reports in Hebrew media mention that Israel informed the US before the attack.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, alongside Defence Minister Israel Katz and IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, were in the Israeli Air Force command bunker at the Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv during the strike.
