Jewish House, JNF and The Central Synagogue have hosted a youth engagement event with Alan Stevens, a facial profiler who specialises in the art of persuasion and influence.

Alan Stevens regularly features on national TV, radio, and in the world’s press, profiling the likes of our leading politicians, TV and sports stars, as well as Britain’s Royalty. He is known as the leading authority in reading faces globally. Through recognising the unconsciously leaked indicators of concealment and deceit, as well as the indicators of a person’s conscious preferred behaviours and personality, Alan is able to give insight into what a person is not saying, what they are attempting to conceal, and how they are likely to behave in various situations.

With over 30 years of experience in reading faces, skills in coaching, counselling, psychometric profiling, neuro-linguistic programming, body language, micro and subtle expression, and reading personality traits, Alan believes that “all aspects of human relationships and interactions are improved when you can read people accurately”.

Alan shared his skills with the audience, teaching them how to read each other better and better respond to the other’s characteristics and language styles. The audience analysed their own faces and hands, learning truths about themselves and others.

Having these skills can determine the future success of your business and your personal relationships. Alan conducts training for businesses and organisations in team-building, sales training, negotiations and recruitment skills. He also works with educators to increase their social-emotional intelligence and assist students in finding careers that suit their personalities and even introduced sound and colour therapy in Singaporean schools for students with ADHD.
