UN Hero at NSWJBD Plenum
One of the greatest defenders of Israel at the United Nations, Hillel Neuer – the Executive Director of UN Watch – will deliver the keynote address at the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies AGM on Tuesday night, by video-link.

Neuer was due to address the meeting in person, but has had to cancel his flight to Sydney for personal reasons, and arrangements have been put in place so that he will speak by video-link from Geneva.
UN Watch is an NGO based in Geneva with a mandate of monitoring the performance of the United Nations.
Urging members of the community to attend the meeting, Board of Deputies CEO Vic Alhadeff said “Hillel Neuer is uniquely placed to shed insights into the machinations of the UN Human Rights Council and its jaundiced worldview when it comes to Israel. This is a rare opportunity to hear from an expert in international law and human rights who understands the workings of the UN from the inside.”
The AGM will be held on Tuesday August 21 at NCJW Council House at 7.30pm.
