A Canberra antiques trader is yet to respond to a letter sent a week ago requesting the removal of Nazi items from sale.Doug Mulley runs a store at the Canberra Antiques Centre in which he sells German Iron Cross badges, flags and daggers stamped with Nazi insignia.

The B’rai B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission acted on a complaint, writing to Mr Mulley asking him to show compassion for those murdered by the Nazis and withdraw the items for sale. The letter also pointed out that Jewish Australians have experienced a record number of “violent and threatening incidents” over the past year.

Ari Morris of the ADC told J-Wire that there had been no response from Mulley.
