years for perverting the course of justice and for perjury, was suffering from the condition at the time of his sentencing. The condition persists.

Einfeld had lied in statements as to who was driving his car when it was ‘booked’ by a speed camera resulting in a $77 fine.

Einfeld is appealing the March sentence on the grounds that it is excessive.

A directions hearing for the appeal will be held on November 5.

    This man has been practising law for 30 plus years, and not to know right from wrong ? To end up like he has. Of course there is something seriously wrong .
