J-Wire published recently published a letter sent to Dame Catherine Ashton signed by international lawyers and purportedly by over 30 Foreign Ministers. The Foreign Ministers were in fact c.c.’d  recipients of the letter which asked the EU official to revoke the recent directive on Israeli settlements. See “Message for Senator Carr” Aug-16.
