The NSW Board of Jewish Education has reported a very successful year.

A team working under CEO Hilit Man has touched the lives of over 7,000 NSW kids, building their Jewish identity and connections.

Activities range from SRE (religious education) in schools, in camps, Hebrew, Project Heritage, lunch clubs, after-school activities and lots more.

“I couldn’t be more proud of what the team is achieving”, said President, Dr Gil Davis. “We have a superb Board with a strong strategic plan and vision for the future.

Hilit, together with her staff and all the teachers, are building the foundations for the future of our community.

Every aspect of what we do, from teaching a new and inclusive curriculum, through engagement with parents and the wider community, has been thoroughly thought through and revitalised.

I’m sure people will be pleasantly surprised with what we are doing.”
