According to American law, anytime an American citizen is murdered by terrorists abroad, our government has jurisdiction and is directed to prosecute the perpetrator to the full extent of the law. There is no statute of limitations.
The failure of the Palestinians to accept any number of offers made to them by their Israeli interlocutors is not because the offers haven’t been generous enough. It is based on an emotion—raw Jew-hatred in the form of classic antisemitism.
