UIA’s next #CookingWithUIA online cooking event is back by popular demand on Tuesday 26 May. Israeli celebrity chef and television personality, Moshe Segev will demonstrate Shavuot-inspired dishes in anticipation of the upcoming holiday.

Owning 5 award-winning restaurants across Israel and cooking regularly for the Prime Minister, Moshe brings culinary combinations from around the world to the Israeli kitchen.

Segev will demonstrate a variety of his dairy-based and vegetarian signature dishes including tiramisu cheesecake and grilled eggplant with grapes and cheese, with his signature flair for participants to either cook themselves or simply relax and watch along. Participants will also have the chance to ask questions for Segev to answer live.

Over 600 supporters tuned in from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and beyond on UIA’s inaugural online cooking event recently.

Comments received by supporters included “thank you Moshe and UIA, had a fabulous night, would love to meet again” and “fantastic, loved it!”

The upcoming online cooking event will also welcome supporters part of the global KH-UIA family from across Europe.

UIA CEO Yair Miller said: “The feedback we are receiving from the range of unique and exciting online events and lectures UIA is holding has been so gratifying. Keeping our UIA global family connected during these unprecedented times has been the priority for us and the results so far have been remarkable. It is great to see the community responding so well to the usual first-rate UIA events – only now moved online! We hosted eight online events in the last two weeks alone and each was inspiring and connected us to Israel.”
