Former Melbourne Yeshiva teacher David Kramer has “appeared” in court through a video link from his Melbourne prison.

A former teacher at Melbourne’s Yeshiva college, Kramer was extradited from the United States last year and is charged with 10 counts of indecent assault dating back to the time he worked at the school between 1989 and 1992.

Kramer left Australia in 1993 following complaints by several students that they had been molested.

In Melbourne Magistrates’ court on Friday. Kramer’s committal hearing dates on April 23-24  were confirmed.
