Two Israelis injured, terrorist shot in Samaria attack

An Arab terrorist on Wednesday morning rammed his car into a police car at the Tapuach Junction in Samaria, injuring two policemen.

The terrorist was shot and seriously injured by the troops.

The Police that the policemen were engaged in writing traffic tickets when the terrorist attempted to ram them with his car. He then exited his car and charged towards them while wielding a knife. One of the policemen shot and injured the terrorist.

The policemen sustained light injuries. Both were treated and evacuated by MDA teams.

The Tapuach Junction, a major intersection in Samaria, has been the site of multiple terrorist attacks, several of them lethal.
