After five years as President, Daryl Dorfan is actively transitioning the role to the new co-Presidents, Danny Cohen and Howard Sher. Greg Reinhardt will continue as Vice President alongside the newly appointed Jeremy Lewis.

The incoming board and the broader community thanked outgoing President Darryl Dorfan and board members Simon Griesz, Vadim Gurevich, Anne Hastings and Oren Nachman for their years of dedication and service to Masada College.

The new board also thanked them in advance for their continued involvement via sub-committees and direct engagements.

Co-Presidents Danny Cohen and Howard Sher said, “Masada College forms the backbone of our North Shore Jewish Community and continues to deliver exceptional academic and social outcomes for its diverse student body. We, as a Board, are committed to seeing this community flourish with a strong, vibrant and diverse Jewish day school at its heart. Whilst cognisant of the challenges facing all Jewish schools, we see a significant opportunity to uniquely position the school for continued success and a long-term future.”

Over the last year, Masada College has seen renewed momentum and vibrancy, owing to the dynamic and passionate leadership of principal Mrs Mira Hasofer and her talented team. This, together with the newly appointed board, sets Masada College and the North Shore Jewish community up for a strong and exciting next chapter.
