Utilising the commercial equipment of the  Big Kitchen, the energetic rabbi was joined by a team of twenty-five helpers from the backpacking community and three bochers from the Sydney Yeshiva Centre. The Seder was held in the Yeshiva itself and Rabbi Hazi kept the cost down to $10 per person.

He told J-Wire: “This is the eighth time we have put on a communal Seder focused on backpackers but this year there was a record number of families participating as well as international students.”
