President Herzog expresses his condolences

Israel’s President Isaac Herzog has signed the book of condolence for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II today at Lancaster House and expressed his condolences to the Royal Family and the British people in a recorded tribute.

The President and the First Lady were accompanied by UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly and Mrs Cleverly, who wished to accompany the President to the signing of the condolence book as a mark of the deep friendship between Israel and Britain.

Lancaster House houses the Foreign and Commonwealth Offices.
