J-Wire understands that whereas Adass Yisroel is a member of  Jewish Prison Chaplaincy Victoria each prison has its chaplain and there is a chaplain assigned to women’s prisons.

Correction Services appoint the chaplain to individual prisons.
J-Wire understand Adass Yisroel is not providing chaplaincy to Malka Leifer.
