Noel was asked how to help families from the Holocaust to keep their stories alive..he believes this is similar to the Aboriginal history and a cultural connection.

Noel is a Budawang Elder from the Yuin Nation brought up with both Western and Aboriginal Cultures and runs Educational programs aiming to provide extensive Cultural knowledge to all peoples to allow for better understanding and acceptance of Aboriginal people and equality with all Australians.   He is world travelled and has received many and varied awards.
