“Our disability, mental health and community aged care teams have developed some really innovative programs during this lockdown to help combat isolation, with some great feedback from our clients!” says JewishCare CEO, Gary Groves.

“I’m so impressed that you are still delivering programs (during this COVID lockdown) and caring for us,” said a Burger Centre client.

“I understand these times impact us all differently, but we really are better when we’re in it together,” says Gary who commenced in the role earlier this year.

JewishCare and Burger Centre continue to offer essential services to all clients, but also have additional supports for the community with their:

  • Financial Assistance Fund – for those experiencing financial distress.
  • Call2Connect program – to help reduce isolation in our community.
