The Arabs who were arrested are suspected of helping the terror cell escape.
Some of the suspects were arrested in the village of Akrabe, in close proximity to the site of the attack.
The IDF also recovered the remains of the car that was used in the attack. The car was first discovered by local Arabs who torched it to obstruct the IDF’s investigation and manhunt after the terrorists.
Doctors at Beilinson Hospital in Petach Tikvah are still fighting for the lives of two of the Israeli victims who were shot and critically wounded during a shooting attack.
Beilinson Hospital stated Tuesday morning that the two victims are still hospitalized in intensive care.
Yehuda Guetta, 19, is still in critical condition and there is an immediate danger to his life. Benaya Peretz, 19, is in very serious condition.
The third wounded Israeli, Amichai Challah, 19, was released home on Monday after sustaining light injuries.
