Extraordinary women with inspiring stories at UIA Women’s Division 2020 Campaign events
UIA Australia Women’s Division will host an inspirational line up of speakers for its 2020 Campaign Events in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth in March when we celebrate the incredible milestone of Keren Hayesod-UIA’s 100 years of supporting the People of Israel.

In honour of KH-UIA’s centenary this year, all the Women’s Divisions around the world are celebrating with a shared concept for our main Campaign event- a panel discussion featuring successful Israeli women.
The headline panellist for UIA Australia’s Women’s Division events is Yola Reitman – Former Mossad Agent, who tells the thrilling, true story of her life as an undercover agent in an enemy land, risking everything for her country and people. As depicted in the Netflix hit film ‘The Red Sea Diving Resort’, Yola was an El Al flight attendant recruited as a Mossad agent, sent to Sudan to smuggle thousands of persecuted Ethiopian Jews to Israel.
The panel will feature other inspirational women who have excelled in their fields.
The Gala Events will be a unique opportunity for women of all ages from the Sydney, Melbourne and Perth Jewish Community to come together and make a contribution to the People of Israel in 2020.
UIA Women’s Division President Debbie Schaffer said: “For this year’s campaign, we are celebrating successful Israeli women in all spheres – business, community and social injustice. We are honoured to host these women at our Women’s Division events, and hope that their successes inspire our supporters in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth to provide support to disadvantaged and vulnerable women who have slipped through the social cracks of society on Israel’s periphery.”
