Aged Care Expo
Despite the wet weather, more than 120 people gathered at Easts Bondi Junction on Sunday for the inaugural Aged Care Expo and Forum.

Australian media personality Jean Kittson and Associate Professor Peter Gonski were among the guest speakers at the event, which saw community members learn more about the aged care services available to our community, and find helpful ways to navigate the system.
Describing the forum as a “resounding success”, co-organiser Bettina Cass told J-Wire, “The audience participated actively with questions and ideas and 10 information stalls staffed by community services were kept busy.”
Fellow organiser Ilona Lee added, “I have had so many comments about how useful people found the day and how much they learned, I am delighted that it did what we hoped.”
The event was organised by the NSW Jewish Board of Deputies, COA Sydney and Bondi & Districts Chamber Of Commerce.
