It gives me great pleasure to wish Victoria’s Jewish communities – and communities around the world – a very happy and peaceful New Year.
Rosh Hashanah marks the beginning of another season, one filled with renewal and reflection and the promise of a good year ahead.
It also provides an opportunity to acknowledge the lasting legacy of Victoria’s Jewish communities.
Every day – and in every field – we are made infinitely stronger because of those many contributions.
On behalf of our Government and our state, it is my honour to wish you a year full of blessings, peace and hope.
