Hmmm.
Will be interesting to see how the UK votes on the proposed Security Council resolution on Jerusalem.
Theresa May may talk a good talk but she has not followed it up with any action to support these words. Anti-Semitism has risen by 45% and is, proportionally, the worst of all hate crimes. I can tell you from personal experience that the police and the Crown Prosecution Service do almost nothing to prevent or prosecute it so a relatively new organisation is having to do it instead, Campaign Against Anti-Semitism. This is not the first time either.

Ironically, should I need to make a complaint to the police again, I will have to go with a friend of mine who is the local Muslim representative to the police and local authority, no other minority group has such a representative. In fact, I am a member of the local faith forum which is supposed to do that.
Additionally, there is concern about many politicians, especially the leader of the current opposition, of their attitudes towards Jews and the many anti-Semitic statements that are regularly made in public. In fact, I wonder if we are starting to see similar events such as those which led to Kristallnacht.
