Winemaker Mark Sztar chooses varietal grapes from selected local vineyards to make Kosher Wines. His Label is 6 Parallels South (www.6psouth.com), named after the latitude in the Yarra Valley region from which he confines the vineyards that he procures the grapes from. The grapes are processed in line with the Laws of Kashrut.
