Goot on Claims Conference team
The President of the ECAJ Dr Danny Lamm has welcomed the announcement of the appointment of Robert Goot, to the Select Leadership Committee of the Claims Conference.

The Select Leadership Committee chaired by Ambassador Reuven Merhav, the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Claims Conference, will formulate an appropriate course of action for the Clams Conference with respect to the issues surrounding the 2001 anonymous letter, alleging fraud within that organization.
“This is an important appointment which demonstrates the Claims Conference’s high regard for the ECAJ and Robert Goot personally”, Dr Lamm said.
“The four person Select Leadership Committee will conduct its first meeting in New York next week, Dr Lamm said.
Robert Goot is the Immediate Past President of the ECAJ, Chair of the Governance Committee of the Claims Conference and recently re-elected Vice President of the World Jewish Congress,
