300 Children Celebrate 5771
JCA, Emanuel School, Academy Board of Jewish Education and Mount Sinai College hosted a Rosh Hashana event for over 300 children.

Children from Rose Bay Public, Bellevue Hill Public and Vaucluse Primary School got together at Emanuel School under the Academy BJE banner. Through a morning of activities, groups of children had the opportunity to get to know their peers from other schools and formed friendships.
Rabbi Yossi Schuchat from South Head Synagogue and his wife Rivki entertained children with interactive RoshHashana games that were both fun and educational.
Jewish Communal Appeal CEO Ian Sandler said, “This is a fantastic, community buildingexercise – bringing children together and allowing our member organisations to work alongside each other.”
