Member for Wentworth Dave Sharma MP met with Jewish leaders at the Sydney Jewish Museum last week to mark the occasion.

“The announcement by Dave Sharma, Member for Wentworth, that the funding has been approved reassures the community that the federal government acknowledges our security requirements, especially as we enter the High Holy Day period and the security of our community is at the forefront of our minds” Lesli Berger, NSW Jewish Board of Deputies President.
Berger said:”We are incredibly grateful to the federal government for recognising the security needs of the Jewish community. The funds will be used to upgrade critical security infrastructure.”
