Israel’s Ministry of Health updated that since the beginning of the war with Iran on February 28, as of Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 7:00 a.m., 7,183 people wounded in missile/rocket attacks have been evacuated to hospitals, of whom 118 people are currently hospitalised.

In the last 24 hours alone (7:00 yesterday to 7:00 this morning), 133 people wounded in attacks were admitted to hospitals, including.

Israeli forces continue to push back Hezbollah in southern Lebanon

The IDF says its units have now completed their deployment at what it is calling the “anti-tank line” (a line to push back Hezbollah anti-tank missile teams from firing on Israel) in Lebanon and are continuing operations in the area to “strengthen the front defence line and eliminate the threat to residents of the north.”

Forces of the IDF’s 98th Paratroopers Division are operating at points where the IDF said operational control has been achieved in order to clear the area of terrorists and terrorist infrastructure, in parallel with the fire attack effort against Hezbollah’s centres of gravity.


Israeli forces eliminate Hezbollah terrorists operating out of a mosque

The IDF reported that elements of its 91st Division, the Galilee Formation, eliminated Hezbollah terrorists operating anti-tank missiles from within a mosque in southern Lebanon, among other activities in the past week.

The forces identified terrorists from the anti-tank array of the Hezbollah terror organisation who had positioned themselves in a mosque in the area; immediately after the identification, the forces eliminated the terrorists and destroyed the complex in order to remove the threat.

Additionally, the combat teams of the IDF’s Givati infantry brigade eliminated squads of terrorists and located numerous weapons that had been used by the organisation’s terrorists to advance terror profiles.


Israel Air Force completes additional strikes on the central infrastructures of the IRGC

The IDF reported that, alongside dozens of helicopters and aircraft that attacked airports in Tehran, assassinations of senior regime officials, and strikes on petrochemical plants, the Israeli Air Force completed on Monday an additional strike targeting more central infrastructures of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC).

among the targets attacked:
* a central site in Tehran of the Revolutionary Guards that served the armed forces responsible for suppressing the civilian population in Iran.
* additional central infrastructures at the headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards in Tehran.
* additional central infrastructures at the headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards’ Air Force in Tehran.

In parallel, the IDF struck missile storage and launch sites intended for launches toward the State of Israel, and a central site for producing defence systems.
