Quds force terrorist engineering commander Mahdi Vafa’i eliminated in Lebanon air strike

The Israel Air Force on Tuesday eliminated the engineer Mahdi Vafa’i, the head of the engineering branch in the Quds Force’s Lebanon Corps, in the Mahallat area in Iran.

Over the course of his 20 years of activity as head of the engineering branch in the corps, said the IDF , Vafa’i advanced underground projects in the territories of Lebanon and Syria.

As part of his role, Vafa’i led the Iranian terror regime’s efforts to establish underground infrastructure for the Hezbollah terror organisation and the Assad Syrian regime, and managed dozens of underground projects in Lebanon that were used to store advanced weaponry.

“The elimination of the terrorist Vafa’i impairs the terror organization Hezbollah’s ability to produce underground infrastructure, and the efforts of the Iranian terror regime to promote and execute terror plots across the Middle East,” said the IDF.
