Israel sends Gaza weekly four times its needs in aid shipments
The Israeli organization COGAT reported that 4,200 trucks carrying humanitarian goods of all kinds enter Gaza on a weekly basis and that this is four times Gaza’s needs, and has been entering consistently for over four months.

COGAT is the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories: Judea and Samaria and towards the Gaza Strip.
COGAT also pointed out that UN and registered international organizations’ aid is prioritized at the crossings and throughout the coordination process; however, dual-use items are items categorized as humanitarian but can be used by Hamas to further its terror goals.
“No humanitarian organization would want to serve as a platform for terror, whether knowingly or unknowingly,” COGAT declared.
COGAT explained that it works with the international community to find solutions and replacements for items deemed dual-use that are necessary for humanitarian operations.
