192 Israelis Hospitalised From Missile Attacks in Last 24 Hours
Israel’s Health Ministry said 192 people have been evacuated to hospitals for treatment because of Iranian missile barrages in the last 24 hours, bringing the overall number of casualties to 3,727 since war broke out on February 28.
As of 7:00 a.m., 74 people are hospitalized, including seven in critical, 12 in moderate condition, while 54 people listed as lightly injured, the ministry said. Another person is being treated for anxiety.
34 Different Locations Struck in Overnight Iranian Cluster Bomb Attacks
Israeli firefighters, reported the Fire and Rescue Service, worked at 34 scenes overnight that were struck by Iranian missiles, including what it called eight major incidents. Iran is using cluster munitions that separate from a single missile, spread out and can strike numerous locations.
In the Tel Aviv area, two people were killed as a result of a weapon (fragmenting missile) hitting the upper part of a house in Ramat Gan, and 10 more scenes were opened that were treated as a result of the war-related incident.
In the Northern District, a person was slightly injured as a result of a weapon hitting a house in Karmiel.
In the Jerusalem District, several emergency scenes were opened overnight, with the most significant being the extinguishing of a fire that broke out in an open area in the western part of the district.
The teams at all the scenes conducted searches to locate trapped people, extinguished fires caused by a war-related incident as part of the teams’ operations. All the scenes were cleared.
Israel Air Force Completes Large-Scale Strike in Tehran: Iranian Regime Headquarters Attacked
The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) said that as part of what it called a “large-scale strike” in Tehran yesterday (Tuesday), the Israel Air Force assaulted various headquarters, sites of the ballistic missile system, and additional infrastructure of the Iranian regime.
Among the headquarters attacked in Tehran:
* The headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards’ security unit, which is responsible for dealing with protests and disturbances in Iran
* A maintenance centre for the General Supply and Assistance Division of the Internal Security Forces
* The headquarters of Iran’s ballistic missile system
At the same time, several air defence systems were attacked with the aim of expanding the air superiority of the Israel Air Force in Iranian skies.
“The completed attacks are part of a phase of deepening the damage to the core systems of the Iranian terrorist regime and its foundations,” said the IDF.

3,727 Civilians Hospitalised Due to Wounds from Iranian Attacks Since Start of Conflict
Israel’s Ministry of Health updated that since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion against Iran on February 28, as of Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 07:00 AM, 3,727 civilians have been evacuated to hospitals due to wounds suffered in missile attacks.
Currently, 74 people are hospitalised, of whom seven are in serious condition, 12 are in moderate condition, 54 are in mild condition and one is in critical condition.
During the last 24 hours (7:00 AM yesterday to 7:00 AM this morning), 192 injured people were admitted to hospitals, of whom four were in moderate condition, 177 in mild condition and one suffered from anxiety.
