The Board of Jewish Education held a graduation Shabbat dinner at Sydney’s Jewish House for  Year 6 students who completed their Bar and Bat Mitzvah studies this year.

The children and their families took part in the Friday night service conducted by Rabbi Sreuvi Lazarus and the Shabbat dinner was pre-prepared by the students themselves at Our Big Kitchen. Each student received at siddur from BJE.
