All holy sites in Israel including the Western Wall reopen to public
The Israel Police said that, in light of the change in defence policy and the update of the IDF Home Front Command guidelines after the ceasefire with Iran went into effect, the holy places in the city of Jerusalem will now be open for public visits and prayers.

This includes sites such as the Western Wall – the Kotel – the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Temple Mount.
In expectation of increased activity in these areas, Jerusalem District Police Commander directed increased operational preparedness, in which hundreds of police officers, Border Police soldiers, and volunteers will be deployed throughout the city of Jerusalem, on traffic routes, in the Old City, and in the holy places, with the aim of allowing all worshippers and visitors to arrive safely and maintain freedom of worship, while strictly maintaining public order and public security.
In light of the expected congestion, the police called on the public to be “patient, follow police instructions, be vigilant for suspicious objects, and report any suspicions to the police hotline 100.”
