Nine Wounded as Iranian Missile Strikes Tel Aviv Area

The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) reported that Home Front Command rescue and relief forces, both regular and reserve, are on their way to the scenes where reports of casualties were received in the centre of the country. Strikes from an Iranian attack reported in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva and Bnei Brak.

Magen David Adom reported that nine people were lightly wounded.

Details Revealed of Lebanon Clash with Terrorists in which Three Israeli Special Forces Soldiers Were Killed

The IDF’s (Israel Defence Forces) Infantry Nahal Brigade combat team is operating under the command of its 162nd “Steel” Division in the western sector in an attack to gain operational control in southern Lebanon. The following is the breakdown of events that transpired overnight during which three IDF soldiers were killed.

* Yesterday (Monday), at around 6:30 PM, Nahal Infantry Reconnaissance special forces unit soldiers identified terrorist squads and what was described as a “short-range” encounter developed.
* During the encounter, an exchange of fire developed between the forces and the terrorists. The forces returned fire, and the terrorists were identified as having been hit.
* Also during the encounter, fighters were wounded and at the same time, the forces began evacuating casualties to a designated landing site.
* During the evacuation operations, the terrorists fired an anti-tank missile at the forces, without additional casualties.
* The forces returned fire, with tank fire and air strikes at the terrorists.

Identities of Three Soldiers Killed in Lebanon Revealed

The IDF  released the names of three soldiers who were killed in combat in southern Lebanon.

– Captain Noam Madmoni, 22, from Sderot, team commander in the Nahal Infantry Reconnaissance special forces unit.

– Sergeant Ben Cohen, 21, from Lehavim, fighter in the Nahal Infantry Reconnaissance special forces unit.

– Sergeant Maxim Entis, 21, from Bat Yam, fighter in the Nahal Infantry Reconnaissance special forces unit.

Dozens of Terrorists Eliminated in Lebanon

The IDF eported that in the past 24 hours, dozens of terrorists identified in the South Lebanon area have been eliminated.

One of the terrorists was armed with an RPG as he prepared to fire at Israeli forces. The terrorist was eliminated before the shooting could be carried out.

In addition, a Hezbollah terrorist was arrested who was caught while observing IDF forces.

Israeli forces also destroyed warehouses where numerous weapons caches, headquarters, underground shafts and a launcher were located towards the territory of the country. Among the weapons located were military vests, helmets, and loaded RPG weapons.

IDF artillery operating in the area have fired more than 700 shells in recent days at targets of the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon.

More than 100 Hezbollah Terror Towers in Beirut destroyed

Through what the IDF (Israel Defence Forces) described as a “sustained effort” by the Israel Air Force, the IDF Northern Command, and Military Intelligence, more than 100 towers in the Beirut area used by Hezbollah for terror purposes were destroyed.

The terror towers were used by Hezbollah for command, control, and the issuance of terrorist plots against the citizens of the State of Israel and Israeli military forces, said the IDF.

Senior Hezbollah commander Hamza Ibrahim Rkein eliminated in Beirut strike

The IDF (Israel Defence Forces) said it eliminated in a strike on Beirut earlier today, Sunday, senior commanders in the unit responsible for coordinating between the terrorist organisation Hezbollah and Palestinian terrorist organisations across the Middle East.

One of those eliminated was Hamza Ibrahim Rkein, deputy commander of Unit 1800, and the operations chief in the unit.

Unit 1800 is the unit responsible for coordinating between the terrorist organisation Hezbollah and Palestinian terrorist organisations in Lebanon, Gaza, Syria, and Judea and Samaria.

As part of his role, Rkein also commanded the transfer of terrorists from those organizations to fight against our forces operating in southern Lebanon, said the IDF.

Along with Rkein, the operations chief in Unit 1800 and another terrorist in the unit were also eliminated.

In additional strikes during the day in Beirut and southern Lebanon, the headquarters of the terrorist organisation Hezbollah were targeted.

More than 1,600 KM Away: Israel Air Force strikes Iranian air defence site near Caspian Sea

As part of the waves of air strikes completed yesterday (Sun.), the Israel Air Force hit a site where the Iranian regime’s air defence systems were installed near the Caspian Sea in northern Iran.

The site was concealed within a forested area, more than 1,600 kilometres (1,000 miles) from the territory of the State of Israel.

The defence systems attacked at the site posed a threat to Air Force aircraft, and striking them preserves and even further expands the Air Force’s air superiority in Iranian airspace, said the IDF (Israel Defence Forces).
