Jews have the legal right to close settlement in Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem under article 6 of the League of Nations Mandate for Palestine as preserved by article 80 of the UN Charter.

No wonder the UN and the Human Rights Council have become laughing jokes.

He would do better concentrating on the millions of displaced Syrian refugees and the current slaughter occurring in Syria under his nose – as his Council and an ineffective Security Council looks on helplessly.
